Dr. Peter Breggin is arguably the most esteemed psychiatrist in the world. Known as “The Conscience of Psychiatry,” the Harvard-trained Dr. Breggin, along with his wife and frequent co-author Ginger, has authored more than two dozen books and 70+ peer-reviewed scientific papers in the field. The term eugenic actually means something intended to improve the human race, but all the human race is being genetically damaged, no human being is being improved by this process. Where is there any evidence of any genetic improvements being conferred by the COVID jabs? There is none.

Check the real meaning of this term in any real non-politicised dictionary. What is actually being made to occur by the TPTB at this time who are total nihilists is definitely the total opposite of any intended actual improvement of the human race in genetic or any other terms.
The appropriate term for what is actually being made to occur, therefore, is not eugenic, but rather its total opposite, dysgenic.

What, exactly, is the point in a bioweapon which is no more deadly than common flu viruses? Why go to the trouble of creating a pretty much harmless virus in a lab?
Supposing you were interested in creating a pandemic, would that be a good way of doing it? Would it be worth the expense? Wouldn’t it be simpler to just make-believe there was a plague through fear-porn and statistical sleight-of-hand?
